What is this app?

It keeps track of every returnable bin and trolley – where it is, whether it is fit to use, and whether it came back.

1Every bin and trolley has its own QR label. Scan it with a phone to see everything about it.
2Before loading or dispatch the app says OK (green) or NOT OK (red) with the reason, so a damaged, dirty or PM-expired bin never leaves the plant.
3Every bin that goes out is listed on an RGP (returnable gate pass) and every bin that comes back is received on an MRR – so you always know what is still at customers.
4Returned bins are checked (QC) and repaired (maintenance) before they can be used again.
